The real estate company Origo Eiendom AS was established in 1996 and specializes in the purchase, sale, development, and management of commercial real estate. The owners, Pedersen & Ågedal, have deep roots in Drammen and a strong affection for the city—something that is clearly reflected in our property portfolio and the development of new projects.
Most of our completed projects are retained within our own subsidiaries and are managed and operated for commercial leasing. This allows us to safeguard the interests of our tenants in the best possible way, ensuring personal service at any time and for any need.
