St. Olavs gate
This will be a major and long-awaited urban development project in Drammen, set to revitalize and uplift the entire city center.
Origo Eiendom plans to construct new commercial buildings with retail space on the ground floor and offices on the upper levels. We aim to demolish the deteriorated wooden structures currently housing tattoo studios and a clothing store (St. Olavs gate 7 and 9), and build a new commercial building surrounding the premises currently occupied by Condelica, extending toward Hauges gate. Similar plans apply to the buildings on the opposite side of the street, currently home to a hair salon and a bar (St. Olavs gate 6 and Hauges gate 11). The historic properties housing Dickens, Vertshuset Oscar, and Stallen will, of course, be preserved as they are.
